    Food is always 5 stars. The big difference is their service. They are really stepped up with their game and the service is definitely 5 stars now. No complaints, will always come back whenever I come back to the area.

    I love lists. The best part of lists is getting to check the items off. Speaking of items, 101 Noodle Express why haven't I ordered here before? My bad, I wasn't familiar with your sauce. I ordered the steamed mini pork buns. Lucky for y'all it was only one order because I could eat these all day. Soft savory flavorful perfectly steamed and a must now on every order. Beef roll: plentiful- hella love on the meat. Thank you. Beef noodle soup: right amount of spices and that broth is . The noodles too. Would love to buy the noodles in bulk separately just to store it for days am craving noodles. Would be ordering here frequently now. Siri star it on the list.

    I have been here at least 10 times and Beef rolls are no brainer. I would come here straight for their beef rolls. Make sure you ask for the their special green sauce. Procedure: unroll the beef roll a couple turns and then spread the green sauce across like the picture below. The roll it back for the hella delicious beef rolls and probably one of the best in town. I love their Dan Dan noodles too ! NOTE: cash only unless you spend more than $60.

    I had an early dinner at 101 Noodle Express on a Monday night and it was pretty quiet with just a couple other parties in the restaurant. Service was pretty fast and the food was great. It all tasted fresh and the flavors were balanced. My group ordered the boiled chicken dumplings, fried veggie dumplings, stir fried vegetables, scallion pancakes, beef rolls, and pineapple fried rice. I think the stir fried vegetables might be different seasonal veggies; we got stir fries baby bok choy with fresh garlic. This dish was one of our favorites of the meal along with the beef rolls and dumplings. I would for sure return to 101 Noodle Express!
